Google Forms and Seesaw for "On the Fly" Assessment

Picture
Come with a device, and be ready to get a jump start on using two tech tools for assessment and data collection, Google Forms and SeeSaw, that you will be able to use right away in your classroom next fall! In this session, we will look at how Google Forms and SeeSaw can assist in gathering data and student evidence of learning in a variety of ways.  Google forms allow you to create rubrics, self-assessments, surveys, and self-scoring quizzes.  Seesaw allows students to show what they know, and teachers have a digital portfolio for assessment purposes, as well as for sharing with families.   This hands-on session will walk you through practical tips and tricks on how to pinpoint student achievement and monitor growth over time.
