Simple Screen Recording for Teachers and Students

Picture
Screen recordings (or screencasts) are great ways to create explainer videos that combine the visual of the computer screen with the audio of the narrator.  These recordings can be used in a wide variety of educational situations, including substitute lessons when a teacher is gone from the classroom, voice-over explanations of students’ presentation slides, how-to training videos to show a new tech skill, audio feedback on a student’s digital assignment, and much more!  Join me in this session as I show participants how to use Screencastify, a simple, yet powerful screen recording tool that runs through the Chrome web browser, and other screen recording options that are perfect for teachers and students!
